Billy Bob Thornton’s Transplant
Billy Bob Thornton had a big ol’ transplant. Is this even the same guy in a these pictures? Looks like a bunch of brothers but not like the same guy. What’s with all the hair colors? The transplant of course also makes a big difference. This transplant we are going to have to say was a success. Before the transplant you only see Billy Bob in a baseball cap or with some other head cover except for a very few occasions. Afterward, once he went back to his natural gray, the hair looks completely natural. Well, from what we have seen so far it looks good. He wears it well, letting his short-to-medium length hair come down covering up the hairline. This way you don’t see a transplant hairline that looks like the wig on a doll made with a sewing machine in China. Also, I think his doc had that artistic touch that managed to avoid the sewing machine look.

Vin Diesel – Baldness and Muscles
I had a friend that was in a band that had a chance to make it big. This particular friend was going bald, and I always told him to shave his head before he hits the big time because bald dudes can go far, but dudes that start with hair and then lose it, tend to crash. Without ever meeting me, or hearing my sage advice, action star Vin Deisel took it upon himself to enter the spotlight without hair. It worked out well for him, as his surge in popularity and sex symbol status was attributed to his bald and brooding stature. I’m sure the muscles didn’t hurt either. Vin played the bald hero well, only doning a toupee when his career was losing steam in “Find Me Guilty”, and then going back to bald when he returned to the “Fast and the Furious” franchise. Vin has stuck by his look, so it’s hard to tell how balding he really is, but who cares, you ever see “Pitch Black”? The guy can kill aliens with his bare hands, let him slide.

Howie Mandel – What’s Funny About Going Bald?
Howie Mandel used to be known for his whacky sense of humor and weird, jerri-curl hair. It helped to gain him notoriety in the late 80s/ early 90s stand-up comedy scene. These days though, Howie is known as the host of the “shout at your tv” game show Deal or No deal (“it’s number 7, no!”), and for his Mr. Clean style bald head. However, Howie claims he isn’t going bald, nor is he making a fashion statement. Howie says he suffers from mysophobia (fear of germs) and shaves his head because it makes him feel cleaner. personally, I would’ve kept the perm and used Purel as hair gel. But you know what? I’m not buying that story. Early pictures of Howie clearly show he was suffering from thinning hair. Then a few years later he miraculously had a very thick head of hair. This was a hair piece no doubt. I guess Howie got tired of wearing it and decided to go all natural. You can see in the pictures that Howie has no hair follicles on the top of his head in the bald areas. Clearly this is result of male pattern baldness. I think Howie looks good bald, and aside from his claim that he is bald on purpose, he has seemed to embrace his chromed dome.

Your Favorite Tom Cruise
Did you know that America’s favorite Tom Cruise is a bald Tom Cruise? That’s our opinion. Who likes Tom Cruise anyway, nobody does really. In real life the guy is a Scientology jerk. In movies he usually plays some action jerkoff. But in this one movie he was blessed with the perfect role – Less Grossman in Tropic Thunder – a sleazy, bald Hollywood producer. This was a good role for him. This is how we like him. If I ever have to watch more movies with him, this is the kind I would like to watch. He was decent in Magnolia too, where he plays a self-help guru jerk.
Robin Williams Humorous Hair

Robin Williams has been making audiences laugh since the show Mork and Mindy premiered in 1978. He’s been in countless great movies as well, like Goodwill Hunting, Dead Poets Society, Hook and The Fisher King. If you look back at Robin in the 70s and 80s, he had a whole lot of hair. We are not sure when it started happening, but he is getting close to total baldness. Either way, the constant funnyman seems at peace with his fading follicles. This is one celebrity you won’t see with a hairpiece, and if he did wear one, you could bet he could make it funny.
