Alright, let’s get this part out of the way: Sex and The City sucked. It’s the female equivalent of a Porky’s remake; it probably would’ve been funny if it was a movie from the start, instead of a show that spent multiple seasons explaining to its audience the same points about its characters. We get it; one is slutty, one is naive, one is jaded, and one is secretly wants to find love; fart noise. Now that that’s out of the way, let me say how talented I think Cynthia Nixon is: Cynthia Nixon is really talented. She’s also currently got her head shaved completely bald for her role as a woman struggling with ovarian cancer in an off-Broadway production of Wit, and she looks great. While most women would’ve gone for the cheesy bald-cap look, Cynthia Nixon went for it and Mr. Clean-ed herself. I think that this sends a good message to women who are really going through cancer battles; that it’s okay to be bald, and you’re beauty doesn’t go anywhere when your hair isn’t there. Great job Cynthia, you’ve left me unable to make any snarky comments.
