When you think “gay television star”, you think Eric Stonestreet…which is weird…because he’s straight, in real life at least. The Emmy Award winning star of Modern Family plays ‘Cameron Tucker’, an openly gay family man and “house husband”, and gets a large portion of the show’s substantial laughs for his performance. Aside from being hugely talented, he also seems to be balding, as his hairline looks receded and thin upfront. There’s not much else to say about it really; he doesn’t try to hide it, and he wears it well, so I’m all for it. I’m actually excited to see what happens if his hairline sees a dramatic shift; as co-star Jesse Tyler-Ferguson, who play Cam’s partner ‘Mitchell’ on the show, isn’t showing any signs of balding. It’s bound to lead to some good comedy if one half of the duo starts losing his locks while the other’s hold strong. He’s not quite bald enough to join the ranks of the Bald Army yet, but as soon as he is, he’s going to be welcomed with open arms. The Bald Master General is waiting for you…Sgt. Stonestreet.
