Kian Egan, for those who don’t know, is a member of Irish boy band Westlife. Haha, like any of you don’t know who Westlife is, I mean everyone knows that they’ve sold 44 million albums and are the only band in the history of Ireland or the UK to have their first seven songs hit number one on the charts…duh. I’m just saying, who doesn’t know the group that sang “Swear it Again”? Me! That’s who doesn’t know! I had to look all that stuff up on wikipedia. Westlife? Who in the name of Joey Fatone’s second chin are they? Either way, Kian Egan is apparently part of this wildly successful group that I’ve never heard of and it’s come to my attention that he’s rumored to be going bald. Upon inspection…wait for it…he is in fact going bald. He intelligently doesn’t let the top of his head get photographed much, but when he does, you can see that his hair is thinning and he’s developing a bald spot. He joined the group when he was 19, and now he’s 31, so it’s no surprise, just age. The guy is worth a ton of money, has a gorgeous wife, and still tours as a member of what’s now his “man band”, so his hair loss isn’t hurting him at all. He does have to keep his image as fresh as possible though, so look for him to either get hair transplant surgery, a toupee, or wear hats all the time to cover up his hair loss.
