Montell Williams: He Helped Bring Back Bald
Most of you know Montell Williams as the host of The Montell Williams Show, or as a radio personality, or as the spokesperson for Multiple Sclerosis (a disease he was diagnosed with in the late 1990s). However, we here at Bald Celebrity know him as one of the guys that made it cool to be bald in the 1990s. You see, the 1980s were a time of big hair, slick hair, and styled hair. Needless to say, it was not a good time to be a bald men, but that all changed in the 90s. Guys like Montell Williams proudly sported a completely clean shaven dome, and still maintained their sex appeal. The confidence that men like him showed made being bald itself into a sexy thing. Women didn’t want to run there fingers through hair as much as they used to. Now, they wanted to rub a bald head. Montell still rocks the bald look these days, and women still want to be on his arm. So thank you Montell Williams, without you, a lot of us would have comb-overs.
